San Diego Photographer Destination Wedding {Wake Forest, NC}

Part I of a multi-part blog for Mr. & Mrs. Lang consists of pre-ceremony bridal portraits, groom portraits, portraits with the bridesmaids and groomsmen, detail shots, some family portraits. Note:  The bride and groom did not see each other before the ceremony. We were very discrete!

I had the honor of attending the marriage of my sister-in-law to the dashing Mr. Bradley Lang. Not only did I attend, but I also had the privilege of shooting the wedding for the happy couple! What an experience! I had a blast and everything turned out beautiful. The wedding took place at the North Wake Church in Wake Forest North Carolina, which is about a half hour out of Raleigh, NC. Being a California girl myself, I was in awe and wonder from all the green foliage! NC is beautiful!!

The forecast called for a 60% chance of rain, and since it is so green in North Carolina I took them serious when they said it would rain. Since I am mostly a natural light photographer, I was a bit worried because I had hoped to take some outdoor pictures. We fit in as many group photos as we could before the ceremony started. I think we did a great job under a tight deadline against the elements!  I love them all and it was hard to narrow down which ones to show, which is why I will be releasing several blogs to showcase this gorgeous wedding.

  • Deanna this wedding is beautiful! Photographing in rainy conditions is very tricky and you handled all of the portraits beautifully. In fact, the clouds diffused the light and made for some beautiful portraits of the bride, she looked stunning in her ivory dress. And the groom in the blue bowtie is simply handsome!ReplyCancel
